Proposed replacement · not recorded
A clearer introduction.
A script for review.
A proposed new founder video based on the program structure. This is a draft for Sean and Theo, not a transcript of words they have already said.
Opening
If you have found our work and want to understand what Dry Fast With Friends is, this is a place to start. I’m Sean McCormick, and this is Theo Lucier. We created these resources after people in our communities asked for a clearer explanation of the program and its support options.
Set the boundary early
First, an important point: going without water can cause severe dehydration and kidney problems. Extended dry fasting is not medically recommended. Watching a video, buying a course or joining a group does not make it safe. Speak with a licensed clinician about any health decision. Our backgrounds are coaching and health education, not a replacement for medical care.
Explain the resources
The existing digital program is organized into four parts: orientation, preparation, the authors’ day-by-day material, and their material about afterwards. The original bundle also lists a short-fast guide, a masterclass and an advanced guide. These are descriptions of the resources, not proof of the claims they contain. We are reviewing the materials so they distinguish personal experience from established evidence.
Explain the support
The group option adds scheduled calls, group chat, email access and follow-up. The source offer describes support beginning after purchase, daily calls during the event, and a follow-up call one week later. Group chat is available between calls, but we sleep too. It is not an around-the-clock medical service. If you need urgent medical help, contact an appropriate healthcare service.
Describe the options
Below this video you can compare three source-listed options: the digital library at 299 dollars, the live group at 999 dollars, and the private package at 2,999 dollars. The private package includes additional sessions. Its BioResonance and energy-work components are not established medical diagnostic or treatment methods. Check the exact inclusions, dates and refund terms before considering enrollment.
Close without pressure
Take your time. Look at the resources, read the practical questions and talk to a clinician about your own circumstances. You do not need to commit to anything to get informed. Our aim in this introduction is to make the details easier to understand.
